APP 5 notice for information collected through our RFQ and contact forms.
Who is collecting
GridLinks collects the information you enter in our RFQ form.
Purpose
We use it to assess and respond to your enquiry, issue an RFQ reference, and prepare a proposal. If you do not provide the required fields we may not be able to respond.
Disclosure
Only to GridLinks staff and contractors assigned to your request and to our hosting providers, which may store data outside Australia.
Your rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how to access or correct your information and how to complain. Contact our Privacy Officer at welcome@gridlinks.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
